Yummy recipe for Blondies – tastes like cookies with a brownie texture

Ingredients
110 gr of melted butter
1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped walnut
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

How to
You’ll need a wooden spoon and a bowl.

Whisk together the melted butter and the sugars until smooth.

Whisk in egg, salt and vanilla extract.

Add flour a bit at the time and then add the walnuts and the chocolate chips.

Use parchment paper to line a 8-inch square pan.

Bake in preheated oven (180C) for about 30/40 min. Check the Blondies with a toothstick…when it’s clean it is ready!

For the Americanized Tip you just need to add some ice cream, peanut butter (melted with milk) and few drops of chocolate.
