Use four ingredients for this super simple rice pudding recipe – you can also replace the sugar with sweetener
2 litres milk
1 1/2 cups white rice
1 cup sugar or splenda (or reduce as per your taste)
1 cinnamon stick or 1 tsp cinnamon
Combine milk and rice in a pot and cook in low heat. Stir continuously so as not to burn the bottom.
When liquid is almost gone, add sugar and cinnamon. Continue cooking until rice is soft and cooked.
Remove from heat and transfer to a container.
Refrigerate at least two hours.
Serve cold or warm (microwave it). Add more sugar or cinnamon as you like.
