This recipe for Tuna and Chickpea Salad is simple, tasty and healthy too
1/2 cup Cooked chickpeas (from a tin again)
85g of Tuna in Brine (this is enough for one serving, about 1/2 a tin)
1/2 an Apple chopped
Red Pepper chopped
Lemon juice to taste
Fat Free (or low fat) smooth Cottage Cheese (enough to coat the ingredients)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy.
