This recipe for Coleslaw makes the perfect side dish to any meal
1/4 cup (60ml) Ina Paarman’s Blue Cheese Dressing
1/2 cup (125ml) mayonnaise
1t (5ml) Ina Paarman’s Lemon and Black Pepper Seasoning
1 x 350g coleslaw mix (see Comments) or 1/2 medium cabbage and 3 carrots
1 x 425g tinned pineapple pieces – drained
Ina Paarman’s Green Onion Seasoning to taste
Mix all the dressing ingredients together, it will keep in the fridge.
Toss together coleslaw mix, pineapple chunks and dressing.
Season to taste with Green Onion Seasoning.
