Dairy free recipe for a Strawberry Coconut Thick Shake – enjoy as a breakfast replacement or anytime smoothie
1 cup strawberries
1 serving vanilla pea protein powder
2 tbsp dessicated coconut
1 tbsp coconut yogurt (replace with regular yoghurt if you can’t find)
1 handful walnuts
1 squeeze of lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw honey
1 cup almond milk
1 cup ice cubes
Place all the above in your high power blender. Blend until thick and creamy.
Top with desiccated coconut, strawberry slices, chopped nuts and seeds, granola – whatever you like!
