Recipe for Five Minute Quesadillas – amazingly quick, easy and delicious for those times when you just want to eat without much effort.
1 low carb tortilla
1 Cheese slice
1 tbsp chopped red bell peppers, fine
1 tsp fresh chopped green onion
(feel free to add any other toppings such as cold meat etc)
To prepare, top tortilla with cheese and vegetables. Fold in half. Place on microwavable plate.
Microwave on high 15 to 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Fold in half again.
