Fit Protein Pancakes recipe

Try this recipe for the healthiest Protein packed Pancakes around – paleo friendly and low carb

Ingredients
3 egg whites
Flour of choice: 1 scoop whey protein powder or sprouted wholegrain rice protein OR 1 cup Almond meal OR 1 cup buckwheat flour OR 1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia/raw honey
1 tbsp psyllium husk for the fibre hit ( ok if you don’t have this)
1 tsp vanilla essence/vanilla extract
1 tbs ground flaxseed/LSA mix/oatbran.
2 tbs almond milk
1/4 mashed banana
Handful berries

How to
Whisk up the above ingredients in a bowl.

Pour into a pan that has been sprayed with olive oil/coconut oil cooking spray. (I suggest coconut oil always) ~ heat on medium. Cook one side until you see the little bubbles.. just like cooking any pancake!

Flip over (careful!) and cook on the other size until the middle is done (peek inside with a fork).

Top with two sliced strawberries/blue berries and optional powdered stevia/maple syrup. I always sprinkle more cinnamon.

Optional to top with 1 tbs greek yoghurt/Natural peanut butter/Bee pollen for some extra goodness!
