Refreshing recipe for Litchi and Kombucha Spritz – excellent for digestion
12 litchis, peeled and seed removed
10 sprigs of mint
500ml Kombucha of your choice (choose one with little additional sweetener if you can)
10 ice cubes
Add slices of lime, 5 sprigs of mint and 5 ice cubes to each glass or jar.
Add 5 peeled and seeded litchis to each glass/jar.
Pour 250ml of Kombucha into each glass/jar and stir ingredients together well.
Garnish with a fresh litchis and mint.
