Supersize your sweet treat with this recipe for Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies
85g brown sugar
115g unsalted butter, at room temp.
1 teaspoon vanilla
200g bread flour
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
230g dark milk chocolate, chopped very large
115g dark chocolate, chopped
Preheat an oven to 350F/180C.
Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment at medium.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix until completely blended in, about 1 minute at medium.
Add the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until a dough forms, about 1 minute on low.
Add the chocolate and mix until the chips are evenly distributed, about 1 minutes on low.
Spoon very large dough blobs onto a lined baking sheet, about 6 per sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool on the baking sheets five minutes before moving to a cooling wrack to cool completely.
