Here we have a recipe for Smoked Salmon Mousse great as an appetizer or snack at your next party.
100g smoked salmon
100g cream cheese, brought to room temperature
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth.
Serve with cucumber slices.
