Ginger & Sesame Pork recipe

Recipe for Pork stir-fry with a drizzle of Sesame Oil, Lime Juice, Zest and Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
¼ lime
125g pork stroganoff
10g ginger – peel & chop finely
½ clove garlic – peel, grate finely & chop
¾ tbsp soy sauce
¼ fresh chilli – slice thinly
½ tbsp sesame seeds
¼ head broccoli – cut into florets
100g green beans – remove ends & cut in half
25g red spinach
½ tsp sesame oil
10g bean sprouts
olive oil (from your pantry)
salt & black pepper (from your pantry)

How To
Preparation: Prepare all ingredients as indicated above.

Lime: Using the fine side of a box grater, grate the skin of the lime to create zest. Then cut in half and juice. Set aside.

Pork stir-fry: In a large bowl, mix the pork stroganoff with the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chilli and sesame seeds. Season with a few cracks of black pepper. Place a large frying pan on high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. When hot, add the pork stroganoff and cook for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli, green beans and a splash of water. Cover with a lid or a plate and cook for 2 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the vegetables are done, but with a slight bite. Add the red spinach and cook for 1 minute until wilted.

Serve the pork stir-fry with a drizzle of sesame oil, lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Top with the bean sprouts and lime zest.
