Fill the cookie jar this festive season with this recipe for Chocolate Chunk Drop Cookies
2-1/2 sticks Butter
2 cups Sugar
2 whole Eggs
3 teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 cups Flour
3/4 cups Cocoa Powder
1-1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
2 cups White Chocolate Chunks
Preheat oven to 180C.
Using a mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, scraping the sides once. Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift together dry ingredients, then add in batches to the mixer, mixing until just combined after each addition. Pour in chocolate chips and white chocolate chunks.
Scoop the dough into even drops on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
