This healthy dessert recipe for Coconut and Almond Chia Seed Pudding is packed with omega 3s
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup organic shredded coconut
1/4 cup flaked almonds
4tsps coconut blossom sugar
2tbsp raw honey
In a medium bowl, stir together the almond milk and chia seeds.
Add coconut flakes and flaked almonds and stir well until combined.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in your refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, stir the pudding again. Divide between bowls and top each with a 1 teaspoon of blossom sugar and raw honey.
