If you want to whip up a decadent dessert in a matter of minutes, try this recipe for Chocolate Mint Pudding
500g Snowflake chocomint muffin Easymix
2 extra-large eggs
125ml cooking oil
250ml milk or water
Place the Easymix in a mixing bowl. Lightly beat eggs, oil and milk together. Add to the Easymix and mix with a spoon or whisk until just combined. Do not over-mix.
Spoon the mixture into a large, greased, oven proof dish. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm with custard or whipped cream.
For a decadent twist: try adding dark chocolate chunks to the mixture before baking, or top with Caramel Treat and grated Peppermint Crisp when the pudding is baked.
