Healthy baked goods recipe for Chocolate Banana Protein Loaf – it’s fairy free too!
65g protein powder
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 ripe bananas mashed
1/4 cup peanut butter/ any nut butter
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk
2tblsp cocoa powder
2 heap tbsp baking powder
2-3 tbsp stevia/ sweetener/ maple syrup
Mix all above together, add baking powder last.
Line baking tray or loaf tin with grease proof paper and spray coconut oil. Bake at 180 Celsius +-30 min, or until knife comes out clean when poked through.
Top with nut butter and chopped almonds.
