Whip up this recipe for an Apple Crumble Smoothie for breakfast
4 Tbs Jungle Oats
175ml plain yoghurt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 red apples, cored and chopped
½ cup almond milk
2 Tbs honey
Combine all the ingredients then blend until smooth.
Serving suggestion: layer the smoothie with extra oats in serving glasses to serve to give it the look of a crumble.
